reactive support from micro companies
without the necessary backup infrastructure
and support.
RHC Solutions is going from
strength to strength, with
our client base having tripled in the
last two years. In the last month alone,
we have recruited an additional three
MCSE-qualified support engineers to
ensure the IT support service we offer
does not suffer as our client base increases.
RHC Solutions will never
over-stretch our engineers
and we recruit as we expand. Although
we outsource value-added services such
as cabling or telecoms, we never sub-contract
our key services. We live and die by
the service we offer and we are not
prepared to compromise on that service
by using personnel that are not employed
by Managed Networks.
We are an authorized reseller
for Microsoft, Dell, HP, IBM, Cisco,
3Com, Symantec, TrendMicro, ESET and
many others. Were also a member of Intellect,
the official trade association for the
IT industry in the Israel, and we abide
by their code of practice.
